Er. Rhythm Garg

Rhythm Garg, is a highly motivated civil engineering professional with a passion for innovative structural design and analysis. She plays a key role at Creative Design Consultants & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (CCEPL) as a coordinator, managing and streamlining various company-related activities. Her practical experience includes internships at the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and CCEPL, where she contributed to structural condition assessments, non-destructive testing (NDT), and project documentation. Rhythm has demonstrated strong technical skills in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD Pro, alongside excellent leadership and teamwork abilities, reflected in her active involvement in academic and extracurricular initiatives. A recipient of multiple awards for academic excellence and technical presentations, she continues to contribute to the field of civil engineering through her skills, dedication, and innovative approach.

Er. Manik Chatterjee

Er. Manik Chatterjee, is a distinguished professional with over 40 years of extensive experience across both public and private sectors. He has held prominent leadership roles, including President (Engineering) at Reliance Industries Ltd., where he led the large-scale development of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Navi Mumbai. His tenure in the public sector includes significant contributions to Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), where he specialized in the design of coal-fired thermal power plants, gas-based combined cycle power plants, and large hydropower projects. Er. Chatterjee has also been instrumental in the design and engineering of road and rail bridges, cable-stayed bridges, and pre-stressed concrete structures. His expertise extends to significantly enhancing the quality and integrity of building and infrastructure projects

Er. Braj Kishore Sharma

Er. Braj Kishore Sharma, is specialized in Construction Project Management & Engineering, with a skills and expertise in coordinating with clients, execution agencies and domain expert consultants to ensure timely project completion and cost effectiveness. He is proficient in project scheduling, including material and manpower resource planning, and is adept at preparing and reviewing BOQs, Cost Estimates for high-rise commercial, residential, and institutional buildings structures. His expertise in tendering, billing, and estimation enables him to effectively manage cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery of projects with optimized resource utilization.
