Er. Aman Deep Garg
Managing Director, Chartered Engineer
A Competent professional in the construction industry with over 20 years of experience of multifaceted domains especially Structural design, Construction Management, Planning and Coordination. Main Strength lies in innovative approach towards engineering challenges and bringing cost effective design to meet the Safety requirements along with customer expectations. Consultancy in the areas of New Technologies like BASE ISOLATION system-based designs and unique work of Moving of building in India brought laurels for him. A throughout meritorious and well known professional, has served reputed organizations like NMSEZ Pvt. Ltd. (A Reliance group Company), DHV (A Dutch consultancy organization), Bureau of Indian Standards, HSCC (India) Ltd (A Government of India undertaking). With multifaceted experience in hand, founded ‘Creative Design Consultants & Engineers P. Ltd’ in 2009 and presently working on reputed national and international projects. The appreciations throughout the career have been motivating to contribute the state-of-art contributions in the construction industry. Besides contributing in the revision of the important Indian Standards like National Building Code of India 2016, IS 800:2007, IS 1893:2016 and other important Indian Standards of Civil Engineering, technical papers have been contributed for Potential utilization of Fly-Ash, Concrete Durability, Structural Design requirements in hilly areas and high Seismically active areas in various workshops and conferences. He has skills and expertise in effective and economical structural designs of new buildings of all sorts as well as Retrofitting of existing buildings for expansion projects and for the rehabilitation of distressed buildings. He has also been engaged in various training programs at CPWD academy, National Council for Cement and Building Material Research (NCB) as well as other prestigious Institutions, Engineering colleges.
Er. Manik Chatterjee
Technical Advisor
A Competent professional with career spanning for more than 43 years. He worked in various capacities in Public Sector Undertakings as well as in Private Sector. Notable Private Sector is Reliance Industries Ltd wherein he worked as President (Engineering) for large scale development of SEZ (Special Economic Zone) at Navi Mumbai. Public Sectors undertakings served by him are Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC). After few years of his initial private sector/ public sector association, major professional specialization started with NTPC from 1979 and served till June, 2007. He worked in Design Department and specialized in Coal-fired Thermal Power Plants and Gas Based Combined Cycle Power Plant structures. He is also specialized in design of Large Hydropower Projects. From 2007 onwards, he worked with NMSEZ, a RIL group company as President in Engineering Department. He has worked with consultancy firm M/s SN Bhobe & Associate, Pvt Ltd. Navi Mumbai in which he was involved in completing specialized design of Road and Rail bridges using state-of-art technology and latest software. He has experience in the design of long span cable-stayed bridges, pre-stressed concrete and steel bridges including Third-party Design Reviews and Approval.
